Stavros Tsitouras is a Greek pole vault athlete.

Tsitouras was born on June 16, 1969. His high point came in Minsk, Belarus, on June 9, 2000, when he broke the Greek record with a jump of 5.61m.

Tsitouras won a gold medal in the Mediterranean Games of 1993.
