Stelios Tourkomenis was a Greek football goalkeeper of the 1960s - 1970s era.

Tourkomenis was born in Piraeus in 1946. He played for Ethnikos Piraeus between the years 1966 and 1975, accumulating a total of 80 Alpha Ethniki appearances.

Tourkomenis was the goalkeeper of the National Armed Forces Team of Greece which won the CISM Cup in 1968. He was capped once by the senior squad in a 4-1 friendly victory over Egypt on November 21, 1968.

He died of a stroke on March 22, 2010.
