Panagiotis "Takis" Doudoumis is a former Greek footballer (goalkeeper) of the 1960s - 1970s era.
Doudoumis was born in 1943. He played for Aegaleo from 1960 until 1973. He succeeded Yiannis Fakis at that post and was displaced by no less a keeper than Lefteris Poupakis.
Between 1974 and 1976, Doudoumis played for PAS Giannina. He ended his career in 1977, playing for Orpheus Aegaleo.
