Thanasis Kolitsidakis is a former Greek footballer.

Kolitsidakis was born on November 21, 1966. He was a football defender who played for Apollon Athens and debuted in the A Division at the game AEK - Apollon Athens 4-2 (December 12, 1988).

In 1994, Kolitsidakis transferred to Panathinaikos. He returned to Apollon four years later.

On July 1, 2001 he signed with OFI where he played until 2005.

During his career Kolitsidakis was capped 13 times by the National Football Team of Greece and was a member of the squad that competed in World Cup 1994 in the US.
