Timothy II was Patriarch of Constantinople from November 1612 until his death on September 3, 1620.

Timothy II was originally from Panormos, Cyzicus, Asia Minor (Turkish - Bandirma). He succeeded Neophytus II as Ecumenical Patriarch in November 1612. Alexandria Patriarch Cyril Lucaris had been caretaker Patriarch for a few days.

In 1614, Timothy II restored the church of Saint George which housed the patriarchate since 1601. During his tenure, Orthodoxy in Greece and Asia Minor was tried by the proselytising efforts of the Jesuits.

Timothy II died of food poisoning on September 3, 1620.
