Vangelis Moras is a Greek football defender.

Moras was born on August 26, 1981 in Larisa. He started his career with Larisa in 2000 and joined Proodeftiki in the summer of 2001. After two years, he joined AEK where he played as a regular from 2004 until June 2007 making 77 league appearances.

On July 1, 2007, he signed for AC Bologna in Italy.

Moras has played for the National Football Team of Greece and was a member of the squad that competed in the finals of World Cup 2010 in South Africa.
