Vasilis Xanthopoulos is a Greek basketball player.
Xanthopoulos was born on April 29, 1984 in Marousi, Athens. His position is point guard. He first played in the junior team of Olympiakos in 1997.

Xanthopoulos has been a member of the Greek U-18, U-20 and U-21 National Teams. He won the bronze medal at the 2002 European U-18 Championship and the 2003 World U-18 Championship.
