Yiannis Bourousis is a Greek basketball center, currently at Olympiakos BC.

Bourousis was born in Karditsa, Thessaly, on November 17, 1983. He started playing basketball for local club GS Karditsa before transferring to AEK in 2002. In 2006, he left AEK for Barcelona but later that same year was picked up by Olympiakos on a four-year contract.

Bourousis, who stands 2.15m ( 7 ft 0 ¾ in) tall, was a member of the Greek squad that won gold in Eurobasket 2005.
