Ibrahim Hassan is a former Egyptian football defender.
Hassan was born on August 10, 1966, the twin brother of forward Hossam Hassan. During his football career he was capped 125 times for Egypt scoring 12 goals.
He played the 1991 season for PAOK Thessaloniki alongside his brother (24 appearances, 6 goals).
