John IV Agapetus or Hieromnemon (Greek Ιωάννης Θ' ο Ιερομνήμων) was a 12th century clergyman who served as Patriarch of Constantinople from 1111 until 1134.

During John's reign, in the year 1112, an attempt at reconciliation between the Eastern and Western Churches took place which was unsuccessful.
