Kostas Liaros was a Greek football player and swimmer of the 1940s - 1950s era.

Liaros was born in Kalamaria, Thessaloniki in 1922. He started playing football in the youth system of Apollon Kalamaria in 1936. In 1948, he transferred to Ethnikos Piraeus, only to return to Apollon in 1951. He ended his football career in 1955.

Liaros started his swimming career with Aris around the same time he started his football. He was under-21 champion in 1940 and took part in the world swimming championship of London in 1948. Between 1956 and 1957, he was swimming coach of PAOK.
