Kyrillos III was Archbishop of Cyprus between 1916 and 1933.

Kyrillos was born in Prastio, Mesaoria, Cyprus, in 1859. He entered Kykkos Monastery at age 13. He studied Philosophy and Theology at the University of Athens. In 1895, he was elected Metropolitan of Kyrenia. On November 11, 1916, he was elected Archbishop of Cyprus. He served until his death in 1933.

During his reign Cyprus was declared a Crown Colony by the British (1925) and the October uprising against the British took place (1931).
