Neophytus I (Greek Νεόφυτος Α') was a 12th century clergyman who served as Patriarch of Constantinople in 1153.

Neophytus was a monk at the Monastery of Theotokos the Benefactor. His 12-month reign as Patriarch of Constantinople was uneventful.
