Pachia, also known as Anafopoulo, is a small uninhabited island in the Aegean Sea, south of Anafi, in the Cyclades. Legend has it that when Hayredin Barbarossa, the pirate, captured Anafi in 1537 and took away its people as hostages, only one young girl managed to escape by swimming to Pachia, where she was rescued later by some fishermen.
