The Social Contract (Greek Κοινωνική Συμφωνία) is a centre-left political party that was founded by ex-PASOK MPs Louka Katseli and Haris Kastanidis.

The two founders had - along with several other MPs - been expelled from the Panhellenic Socialist Movement (PASOK) for voting, in February 2012, against the austerity measures required by the European Union before they would release a loan to keep Greece solvent.

The Social Contract was launched on March 14, 2012 with 243 members signing its foundation charter and eight members of the Hellenic Parliament in support of its policies.
