Trachoni is a town in Lemesos province, Cyprus, situated 8km southwest of the city of Limassol, on the Akrotiri peninsula. Part of the administrative district of Trachoni lies within the British base.

Trachoni is an old village and was known from the Middle Ages by the same name. Traditionally, it was a mixed village with a Turkish-Cypriot population of about 25% of the total. That changed after 1964 with most Turkish-Cypriots leaving for enclaves where they formed the majority of the population. After the 1974 Turkish invasion of Cyprus, the last Turkish-Cypriots left for the northern occupied territories.

Trachoni has since become home to many of the Greek-Cypriot refugees from the north and its population has swelled making it the 10th largest settlement in Lemesos province.
