Samarina is a village and community of Grevena prefecture, Macedonia, Greece. It is built at an altitude of 1,600m on the side of Mount Smolikas of the Pindus range.

The village had a population of 701 inhabitants according to the 2001 census. It is well-known from a dimotiko song.

Traditionally, Samarina was a farming (livestock) village that was populated only during the non-Winter months. Today, it also operates as a winter resort with roads leading to ski sites.
