Aitoliko is a town in the municipality of Aitoliko in the prefecture of Aitoloakarnania, Central Greece.

The population of the town was 5,307 inhabitants, according to the 2001 census.

In Aitoliko, outside the Church of the Taxiarches, is the tomb of Kyra-Vasiliki, wife of Ali Pasha, who died here on December 11, 1834.
