Yiasemakis Yiasemi (alternative Yiasoumis Yiasoumi) is a Cypriot football forward, currently playing for PAOK Thessaloniki in the Greek Alpha Ethniki.
Yiasemi was born on May 31, 1975. He started his career at Enosis Neon Paralimni and transferred to APOEL Lefkosia. He was acquired by PAOK after the 2002 season.
Yiasemi is a regular with the Cyprus National Football Team.
