Aetos is a town and a municipality in Florina prefecture, Macedonia, Greece.

The population of the town, in 2001, was 857 inhabitants while that of the entire municipality 3,727.

On June 21, 1905, during the Macedonian Struggle, a battle took place at Aetos between Greek guerrilas, under Ioannis Kalogerakis on the one hand and Turks and Bulgarians on the other. Kalogerakis was killed along with two other guerrilas.
