Mimis Plessas was a Greek football player of the 1960s.
Plessas was born in 1944. He played right back for Olympiakos, arising from their youth squad, from 1962 until 1967 and again from 1969 until 1970. He also had a stint in 1968 with the Kansas City Spurs of the North American Soccer League.
Plessas was capped 3 times in his career by the Greek National Football Team.
