Kourabies (Greek: κουραμπιές, plural κουραμπιέδες kourabiedes) is a popular Greek pastry. It is made of baked dough containing crushed almonds and sprinkled with sugar powder. It is also common to stick a piece of clove on top for flavour.

Kourabiedes are commonly made and consumed during the Christmas - New Year season along with melomakarona, a softer, syrup-dipped alternative to the dry kourabiedes.
