The Hellenic Basketball Federation (Greek Ελληνική Ομονσπονδία Καλαθοσφαιρίσεως - often abbreviated EOK) is the governing body for the sport of basketball in Greece.
The Hellenic Basketball Federation organised the Greek League (A1 Division) between the years 1969 and 1993 when it was replaced by the Hellenic Association of Professional Basketball Clubs (ESAKE).
