Perdikaki, older name " Sakaretsi (Greek, Modern: Περδικάκι, Ancient/Katharevousa: -Perdikakion), is a village located in the northeastern part of the prefecture named Aetolia and Acarnania. It belongs to the municipality of Inachos. According to 2001 census the population was 466 inhabitants. The decrease of population during the last two decades was due to emigration to other places of Greece and around the world for better living conditions. The altitude is about 700 meters .
