AE Paphos FC (Greek: Αθλητική Ένωση Πάφου; Athletic Union Paphos) is a Cypriot football club based in Paphos. The club was formed in 2000 after the merger of the two clubs of Paphos, APOP and Evagoras. As APOP were in First Division, the newly-formed club of Paphos began its history in the top league. They remained there until the 2005 season when they were relegated.
