Costas Aidiniou was a Greek football midfielder/forward of the 1960s - 1970s era.

Aidiniou was born in 1948. He played for Iraklis Thessaloniki and Olympiakos, scoring a total of 62 Alpha Ethniki goals.

Aidiniou was capped 7 times by the National Football Team of Greece, scoring three goals.

After his playing days were over, Aidiniou coached Pierikos. He is currently the President of the Iraklis' veteran players association.
