Vasilis Papachristou is a Greek former football player.

Papachristou started his career at Atromitos Ioannina. He joined PAS Giannina in 1977 as a midfielder. In the summer of 1985, he transferred to Olympiakos Piraeus. With Olympiakos he won the championship in 1987.

Papachristou has since retired and has coached several clubs including Panachaiki, Veria FC, Kalamata FC and Pierikos.
