The Presidential elections held on February 25, 1968, were the second to take place in the Republic of Cyprus.

There were two candidates for the post: Archbishop Makarios III and doctor Takis Evdokas. The former had the support of the mainstream centre and left of Cypriot politics while the latter had the support of those to the right of Makarios who were dissatisfied with the Treaties of London and Zurich.

Makarios handily won the elections and was reelected as the President of Cyprus.
