Cosmas II Atticus (Greek Κοσμάς Β' ο Αττικός) was a 12th century clergyman who served as Patriarch of Constantinople from 1146 until 1147.

Cosmas was originally from the island of Aegina. He served, under Byzantine emperor Manuel I Comnenus, as Patriarch of Constantinople, from April 1946 until February 1147, when he was accused of being a heretic and a conspirator against the emperor and was forced to resign.
