Theodoros Theofilogiannakos was a Greek military officer (major) who, through his role as head of the Special Interrogation Section of the Greek Military Police (EAT-ESA), was involved in the interrogation and torture of Greek citizens during the rule of the Junta.

After the restoration of democracy in 1974, Theofilogiannakos was sentenced to prison for his activities.
