Satsias was born on May 28, 1978. He made his debut for APOEL Nicosia in 1995, at the age of seventeen.

With APOEL Nicosia, Marinos has won six Championships, five Cups and six Super Cups.

Satsias has so far (August 2011) been capped 57 times by the Cyprus National Football Team.
