Mesagros (Greek Μεσαγρός) is a settlement on the island of Lesbos.
Mesagros is the seat of the administrative district of Mesagros which, as of 2011, is part of the municipality of Lesbos.
Its population is 828 inhabitants according to the 2001 census.
