Alex Golfis was a Greek actor.
Golfis was born in 1948. He started his acting career with minor roles in films starring Thanasis Veggos. He was best known for his 1975 role as Manolios in the TV series adaptation of Nikos Kazantzakis' Christ Recrucified (or The Greek Passion) Greek: Ο Χριστός Ξανασταυρώνεται.
Afterwards he played in other TV series such as "Λόγω Τιμής" (Word of Honour) and "Η Απόδραση" (The Escape).
He spent the last ten years of his life in an old house in Patisia.
On October 3, 2007, he was rushed to the Red Cross Hospital with an acute myocardial infraction (heart attack). He died two days later at the age of 59.
