The Minister for Agriculture, Natural Resources and the Environment (Greek: Υπουργός Γεωργίας, Φυσικών Πόρων και Περιβάλλοντος') is the senior minister at the Ministry for Agriculture, Natural Resources and the Environment of Cyprus.

Historically, the ministry succeeded the Department of Agriculture which was founded in 1896. The first department head was Panagiotis Gennadios - a mainland Greek.

With independence in 1960, the Ministry for Agriculture and Natural Resources was established. The first Minister, appointed in 1959 during the transition period, was F. Plumer - a Turkish Cypriot.

In 1993, the Ministry received its present name.

The current Minister for Agriculture, Natural Resources and the Environment is Nikos Kougialis.
