Dimitris "Mimis" Baltasis was a Greek football player of the pre-World War II era.
Baltasis was born in 1913. He was a forward/midfielder who played for Panathinaikos. He was the younger brother of defender Kostas Baltasis.
During his career, Baltasis was capped 7 times by the National Football Team of Greece scoring one goal.
