Makrochori (Greek Μακροχώρι) is a village in the municipality of Korestia, Kastoria prefecture, Macedonia, Greece.
Makrochori is situated in the northeast of the prefecture. The population of the village, according to the 2001 census was 214 inhabitants, while that of the municipality 1000.
Makrochori was the birthplace of footballer Nikos Gioutsos.
