Dimitris Lardas was a Greek football forward of the 1960s - early 1970s era.

Lardas was born in Keratsini, Piraeus, in 1945. He was in the youth system of Panathinaikos but didn't break into the Alpha Ethniki until 1965 with Iraklis Thessaloniki. He switched to Aegaleo in the late 1960s playing for the Athens club until 1973. He later joined Vyzas Megara where he ended his career.

Lardas played in a total of 230 league games. He still holds the record for most goals scored by an Aegaleo player in the Alpha Ethniki: 49.
