Christos Terzanidis, born February 13, 1945, was a Greek football midfielder.
Terzanidis started his career at Orfeas Elefteroupoli in 1965, before playing for PAOK from 1968 through 1977. He continued his career with Panathinaikos from 1977 until 1981. He transferred to Makedonikos in 1981 and ended his career there in 1983.
Terzanidis was capped 27 times by the Greek National Football Team scoring one goal, in a friendly against Cyprus on November 15, 1974. He was a member of the squad that competed in the finals of Euro 1980.
