Maria Kalouta was a Greek stage and screen actress.

Kalouta was born in Athens in 1921. She made her first stage appearance as a child in 1926 with her sister Anna. The two sisters formed a partnership that lasted 40 years.

Besides the theatre, Kalouta appeared in many films and television productions. In 1967, she married Dimitris Konstantopoulos and quit the theatre.

She died on October 29, 2006.
