Stefanos Demiris was a Greek football striker during the 1960s.

Demiris was born in Kavala in 1941 and started his career at local club AEK before he made the jump to AEK Athens in 1959.

He made his debut with Aris Thessaloniki in the 1963 season, obtained from AEK - via Panaigialios - initially on loan.

He was Aris main targetman and top scorer from 1963 until 1968 when he quit football.

Demiris died on May 6, 2016.
