Alexis Alexiou is a former Greek footballer.

Alexiou was born on September 8, 1963. He was a football defender who played for Apollon Kalamaria between 1983 and 1986.

In 1986, Alexiou transferred to Olympiakos where he played the following four years. He joined PAOK in 1990 playing there until 1997 when he quit.

During his career Alexiou was capped 10 times by the National Football Team of Greece. He was a member of the squad that competed in World Cup 1994 in the US, playing the whole game against Nigeria.
