Babis Stavropoulos was a Greek football forward of the late-1960s - 1970s era.

Stavropoulos first played for Olympias Aegaleo before moving to Aegaleo FC in 1967. In 1972 he transferred to Olympiakos where he played until 1978, returning to Aegaleo for the next two seasons. Altogether, he played in 176 Alpha Ethniki games, scoring 60 goals.

During his career, Stavropoulos was capped 6 times by the National Football Team of Greece.

After his playing days were over, Stavropoulos became a coach, at one point coaching Aegaleo FC - his old club.
