Polycarpus II was Bishop of Byzantium (141 - 144).
He succeeded Felix in 141 AD. Ancient sources claimed he remained as Bishop for 17 years, however, Nicephorus Callistus - who is considered to be more accurate - mentioned that Polycarpus was bishop for only three.
