Anthony III Studites was Patriarch of Constantinople from 974 until 980.

Anthony was elected Patriarch in 974, with the full support of emperor Ioannes I Tzimisces. He dedicated himself in compiling a list of biographies of all the saints of the Eastern Orthodox Church.

In 980, he resigned his office and withdrew to the Studion monastery where he died in 983.
