Paraschos Avgitidis was a Greek football goalkeeper who played for Apollon Kalamaria and, from 1963 until 1967, for Olympiakos where he displaced Stathis Tsanaktzis as the first team's keeper.

Following his career in Greece, Avgitidis immigrated to South Africa where he played in local clubs. Afterwards, he went into business with his two sons.

He died on May 18, 2019, at the age of 82.
