AE Nikaia FC was a Greek football club, established in 1948 and based in Nikaia (Kokkinia), Piraeus, that is now defunct.
AE Nikaia merged with Aris Nikaia in June 1965 to form present-day club Ionikos FC. Prior to the merger, AE Nikaia played in the Alpha Ethniki in its maiden season 1960 finishing 16th (last).

- 1959: 3rd place which led to a spot in the newly-established Alpha Ethniki.
