Mary Lo (Greek: Μαίρη Λω) was a Greek elafro singer of the 1950s and 1960s.

Mary Lo was born Maria Doukaki in Palio Faliro in 1932. She first recorded in 1947 and her music career lasted until 1965. She was married to songwriter Nicky Yakovlev who wrote many of her songs. The couple had two children.
