Stefanos Demiris was a Greek football striker during the 1960s.

Demiris made his debut with Aris Thessaloniki in the 1963 season, obtained from AEK - via Panaigialios - initially on loan. He was Aris main targetman and top scorer during the early 1960s until he was replaced in that capacity by Alekos Alexiadis.
