Olympia Larisa BC is a Greek sports club founded in 1979, making it one of the youngest sports clubs in Greece. The club is based in Larisa, a Greek city located in the Thessaly. Olympia Larisa's home arena is the Larisa Neapolis Arena a capacity of 3,958.

Olympia Larisa BC is a team that has been ascending of late in the Greek championship, A1 Ethniki. During the 2006-2007 season, Olympia Larisa placed 7th in regular season and qualified to the play-offs for the first time.
