Theologos Symeonidis was born in Smyrna, Asia Minor in 1910. He came to Greece in 1922 after the Asia Minor Disaster.

He played as a forward for Amyna Nikaia which evolved into present-day Ionikos. In 1932 he transferred to Olympiakos where he played until 1946. He was a gifted forward who was capped 11 times by the National Football Team of Greece scoring 4 goals.

He passed away in May 1969.
